The test bench are design and manufactured for testing of Intrinsic Error Test for the domestic cold potable water meter sizes as per OIML R49-2 & ISO 4064-3.
The system is running by electronic weight balance and electromagnetic flow meter. The weight balance as a mean measuring the volume of the water that used for the test. The testing will automatically stop when the volume reaches the target volume that had been set for.
The Testing Software will read the Electronic Weighing Balance’s reading and Electromagnetic Flow Meter automatically. The Testing Software then automatically calculates the meter error and generates the results of the tests.
Test bench software for operation of the equipments with the visualization of the process, evaluation and archiving of data as well as printing the test result.
